As your Underwriting team receives documents requesting policy changes, updates, etc., these documents are automatically sorted into easily manageable queues. Follow these steps to find and process the documents submitted to the Underwriting department in the past day with InsurFlow.
Step 1: Enter your portal and go to the Workflow tab.
Step 2: On the sidebar, click the option that says “Queue.”
Step 3: Delve deeper by locating the specific queue you would like to see and click to view the electronic documents.
