
How Do I Manage Policy Counts and
Total Insurable Value (TIV) In Certain Areas?
It only takes a few seconds to perform this task using InsurRate from West Point Insurance Services. InsurRate allows you to easily manipulate all aspects of the policy without taking too much time out of your workday. Follow these steps to manage the policy count and TIV for specific property & casualty insurance policies using InsurRate.
Step 1: Enter your portal and go to the Employees tab.
Step 2: Select “Capacity Program.”

Step 3: Click “Edit Capacity.”

Step 4: On the sidebar, click on a filter to show policies by Company, Plan, State, County, Zip Code, or Mobile Home Park.
Step 5: Select your filters, click the check, and hit “Search.”
Step 6: Use the Edit feature to manage the policy count and Total Insurable Value for the specific policy.
