Our Claims department is sending out a lot of letters, and it is a slow manual process. How can we make this more uniform and automate that?
Step 1: Enter your InsurClaims portal and click “Configuration” under the Site Navigation menu.
Step 2: Click “Communication.”
Step 3: Select an existing template or click “Add New Template” to create a new one.
Step 4: Choose whether you would like to send your new communication as a letter, email, or SMS. You can also choose who the possible recipients will be.
Step 5: Create your template. You have full control over the formatting and the layout of each communication. Utilize the dynamic fields to make your letter templates responsive to each policy and claim. You can also add areas to give the user the ability to type some of the details, or even copy and paste information into the document. Don’t forget to add customized header and footer!
Step 6: Click save.
